Bug-a-lugs is an independent store owned by a local Adelaide Hills couple and staffed by a caring & professional team. We are passionate about helping our customers find the best solution to their needs and, whilst we stock a wide range of products, we are constantly looking for new, better products and ideas that we can pass on to our customer. Where we can, we use the experience of our customers & staff in evaluating & selecting new or alternative products to those we already have. Most of the products you will find in our store, are there because we genuinely believe them to be the best available for the task involved, at a price our customers consider to be fair value for the performance/quality provided. They are definitely not there just because they are heavily advertised, have the highest profit margin or are distributed by large corporations or special interest groups.
With Bug-a-Lugs you can choose to shop with us on-line, or personally in our beautiful 570m2 store in the Adelaide Hills. Definitely worth the short (16 minutes from the Toll Gate via the SE Freeway) drive, if only to see our terrific range of Maternity Clothing (the largest in Adelaide)!
Whilst our focus has been outstanding personal service, we endeavour to respond to our on-line customers within 24 hours, although if we don’t have the product in-store, we will contact the supplier first, to ascertain availability before contacting our on-line customer. Rest assured that (unlike some other sites we have heard about), we will never process a payment until we actually have the product in our store, ready to ship. Our On-line payment method (E-path Payment Gateway) provides the most secure method available in protecting your credit card details from criminal misuse, and inadvertent risk is also eliminated at our end, because your card details are not retained in any way.
