Shipping:

1. Bug-a-lugs Baby don't deliver to PO Boxes for security reasons.
2. Bug-a-lugs Baby will deliver to almost anywhere in Australia but currently don't deliver overseas.   You will be contacted if we are unable to deliver to your area.
3. Bug-a-lugs Baby use Australia Post for small items and Couriers for large items.
4. Orders are dispatched as soon as possible and we will contact you to advise when you could expect delivery. If a product is out of stock, you will be contacted by our staff. Please note that no payment will be processed until we physically have the item to send to you.
5. As Bug-a-lugs Baby use registered post or couriers, insurance is always included. You are not required to pay additional for insurance.
6. A signature is required on receipt of the goods in most cases.

We suggest you contact us for a quote on freight if you are considering purchasing larger items.

Returns:

1. All goods can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase provided that goods have not been used and are in their original (unopened) packaging.
2. Freight cost is not refundable.
3. Returns can be exchanged for other products, a credit note, or a gift voucher to the same value excluding freight only.
4. We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect choices.
