Shipping:
Bug-a-lugs Baby don't normally deliver to PO Boxes for security reasons. If you live in a country region without mail delivery, please contact us to organise alternative secure delivery.
Bug-a-lugs Baby will deliver to almost anywhere in Australia . You will be contacted if we are unable to deliver to your area.
Bug-a-lugs Baby use Australia Post for small items and Couriers for large items.
Orders are dispatched as soon as possible and we will contact you to advise when you could expect delivery. If a product is out of stock, you will be contacted by our staff. Please note that no payment will be processed until we physically have the item to send to you.
Postage Cost is as follows.
Soft Goods (Clothing, Sleeping bags, soft toys etc)
- $5 for items that will fit into a 500g Satchel within Australia
- $7.50 for items that will fit into a 3kg Satchel within Australia
- $17.50 for items that will fit into a 5kg Satchel Bag within Australia
- Free Post for purchases of $150 or more within Australia

Bulky, heavy goods, or items in cartons. Please contact us for a freight quote (we only charge the actual cost involved)
Returns:
1. All goods can be exchanged within 7 days of purchase provided that goods have not been used and are in their original (unopened) packaging.
2. Freight cost is not refundable.
3. Returns can be exchanged for other products, a credit note, or a gift voucher to the same value excluding freight only.
4. We are unable to offer refunds for incorrect choices.
